Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages

UrbanyX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our team immediately at urbanixxx@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. The estimated shipping date is indicated on each pre-order product page. Pre-order items may be shipped separately from in-stock items in your order.
